So, what's the game plan? Sure, I could lay out a step-by-step guide (drop me an email if you want that), but let's keep it straightforward. Think about something you've been avoiding. Here are two stories to illustrate my point - one about a client and one personal.

My client had a talented production guy - experienced in restoration, property management, even a stint as a concierge. Last year, he toyed with the idea of shifting him to sales but hesitated.
